Jensen Harris from Microsoft, has just posted some details on the new silver theme that will be made available with Office 2007.
This looks like the best of the three themes available (in my opinion) as the blue theme is a bit sickly and the black theme has too many horrible contasting colours.

How do you change to the silver theme?
The silver theme isn’t in the Beta 2 builds. It should be in the Beta 2 Technical Refresh build which is due out this week.
